Runo offers a 10-day free trial period to all new customers. During this trial period, customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the platform, features, and suitability for their business needs. No charges are applied during the free trial unless explicitly communicated at the time of signup.
Runo follows a strict no-refund policy. Once the free trial period has ended and a subscription payment has been successfully processed, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually, and any add-on purchases. Customers are provided sufficient time during the free trial to evaluate the product before making a purchase decision.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account dashboard or by contacting the Runo support team. Any cancellation request will be effective from the subsequent renewal date. Customers will continue to have full access to the service until the end of the current paid subscription period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or incorrect charges resulting from technical errors. Such requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction along with valid proof. Approval of any such request will be at the sole discretion of Runo.
