Getting to know Runo

Runo is a mobile-first CRM platform that helps businesses manage and track calls made through SIM-based mobile phones. It logs calls automatically, captures dispositions, and provides call recording, reporting, and integrations.

Unlike cloud telephony CRMs that use VoIP, Runo uses your mobile SIM to make and receive calls. It logs calls made directly from the mobile device, ensuring better connectivity and control.

Runo is available on Android and Web platforms.

Yes, Runo works on iOS. Outbound call tracking if the call is made from app and other features are supported on iOS devices.

Basic calling features work through the SIM, but logs and recordings will sync only once you reconnect to the internet.

All call data is logged in real-time to the CRM and securely stored on Runo’s cloud servers.

Runo is ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type I compliant. SOC 2 Type II certification is under progress. Runo is VAPT and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Privacy & Security

Data is encrypted during transmission and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

The customer owns the data. Runo does not use or share it without consent.

Yes, all data is backed up regularly to secure servers.

Call Recording & Monitoring

It’s automatic if enabled in the device and configured call recording path.

They are stored on the cloud and linked to the corresponding lead/call log.

Based on your plan – typically 6 months to 1 year.

Ensure you comply with local telecom and privacy laws when enabling recording.

Generally, recordings are stored in .mp3 or .aac format.

All call recordings are stored for a period of 6 months. Before calls are removed from the app, you will get an option to download and store all the recordings locally.

Runo records all outgoing and incoming calls of the official GSM mobile number. So, agents have to ensure no personal calls on the official sim. If the agent has 2 sims in the same phone, Runo tracks and records call only of the official mobile number and not the personal sim. An official mobile number is the number which is registered in the admin panel.

Yes. We will share with you the open API keys. You can easily integrate it with any lead source. And it doesn't cost anything. However, if you want us to do the integration then there shall be a nominal one-time cost of ₹5000 per lead source integration.

Yes, Runo provides public APIs of GET, POST, and DELETE types.

Go to Admin → Integrations → Webhooks to configure the endpoint and fields to be pushed.

Yes. We provide API access. With these APIs, you can easily integrate with your existing CRM. These APIs allow Runo data to flow From/To your existing CRMs once a day. There is no charge for these APIs. In case you need real-time data transfer, then you can write to us at care@runo.ai
